Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2UG3A3MHHR5T4 I got these headphones from a co-worker and I had never heard of the brand before. I was coming off using a pair of sure noise canceling headphones that cost me $150. I thought that those were great headphones until I plugged these bad boys into my i-Pod and started jamming. I literally love these things! Plus in the package you get all of the adapters you will ever need and a very nice headphone pouch for traveling. I let a friend of mine that was an avid listener to his i-Pod and he used the $300 Bose noise canceling headphones listen to these ALTEAM noise cancelers and he couldn’t even tell the difference. These are a really great headphone if you want the quality of the expensive guys but you don’t want to spend that much. Every time I see somebody with $300 headphones I chuckle a little, knowing that I have the same quality for less than one third of the price!

I took these with me on an 8 1/2 hour flight, and made me thankful that I decided to spring for the noise-canceling feature. I actually got some sleep on the plane, and this is with a couple of crying babies, people talking, and that constant drone of the jets. It doesn’t cancel everything, as you will still hear, but it helps a lot. I really like that you can just flip a switch and have the noise-canceling feature on without anything else.

I also wear glasses, but they weren’t uncomfortable to me at all (wearing them for hours).

The old Alteam headphones I have are great, but I got these because they cover my ears better, and that makes a big difference. I love listening with these headphones! They fit over my ears just great.

The headphones are small and compact, which is really nice for traveling; however, if you have large ears, they may not cover your ears entirely.

Volume can be controlled using the volume “wheel” on one of the ear pieces. The noise canceling feature can also be switched on or off.

The sound quality is great compared with the other headphones I own and have tried.

The noise canceling feature is great. I highly recommend them if you’re going on a trip.

OK these headphones are great, I put them on as soon as I ripped open the package and without any batteries even in them I could already tell sounds were muffled. They are extremely comfortable, they don’t squeeze my head at all, my hair doesn’t get tangled up in the band.

Another great feature is that I can listen to music without any batteries in them or turning the noise cancelling. And the noise cancelling itself? 60 – 70% is a correct estimate as I tested this by standing nest to a dryer while it was drying clothes and while not all of the noise was gone most of it was muffled.

And the good part about it is that the noise cancelling hardly makes a sound. I did hear a slight sound that sounded like the ocean when I was near a fan, but it was only very faint. The sound quality is very high, though volume is not vehemently loud. The padding around the ear cup seems to keep most of the sound in and is very soft. Over all I would give this an A+ definately.

The small drawback that I have found is the two AAA batteries that are reqired for the noise cancelling feature which is more than some other headphones. It is made in china so I am not taking any chances and want to be very careful with them. bBt other than that, they should help my trip on the plane tomorrow go a little easier (glad I got two day ship!).

These’s are good but not great.

Good stuff: jack built in to ear piece. Shouldn’t have to throw them away after a year because the wire broke inside the sheath from constant flexing.

Very nice sound and noise canceling. They had very good bass but the high end was a bit weak.

Like the volume control on the ear piece.

Bad stuff: The battery compartment door was difficult to remove.

My ears don’t fit inside all the way. Having ears slightly on the “Dumbo” side doesn’t help. I imagine my wife will enjoy them more than I.

Overall worth the price. So far-Yes. We’ll see how long they last.
